Earshot Week: Day 2

. (antiMusic) Earshot is back! The modern rockers return with their latest major label effort "The Silver Lining" and frontman Wil Martin will be us all week to tell us a little about his favorite tracks from the CD but first he gives us a brief intro: "'The Silver Lining' as a whole is an album I'm very close to mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and I love every song. However, there are songs that I seem to always go back to, over and over again that I can't seem to get enough of."

Now Wil tells us about today's song: On top of being a REALLY heavy song sonically, what's cool about "Wasted" is its not just about being wasted, but its also some of the thoughts and feelings I had that came out of me being�. wasted. Everyone's been there before. Drink a little, smoke a little, and it all comes out. It's like a truth serum.

"Wasted" is definitely a definitive moment captured in time lyrically and I love turning it up loud and playing it live every time.
