Nirvana's Nevermind Baby Recreates Classic Album Cover

. (Music Radar) It's 17 years since Spencer Elden was photographed by Kirk Weddle in a swimming pool in California. The image � with the addition of a dollar bill on a fishing hook � would of course go on to achieve iconic status on the cover of Nirvana's 1991 masterpiece Nevermind.

For reasons known only to himself, Elden � now a high school student � recently decided to recreate the classic album cover in the same pool at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center in Pasadena, CA.

The dollar bill bait has again been added, but this time around Elden's tackle is wisely hidden by a pair of shorts. - more on this story
