. AntiTainment Celebutard Watch: Shia LaDrunk Smashup was a top story for this week. Here it is again: (TMZ) TMZ has learned Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for DUI. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ LaBeouf was involved in a car accident at about 3:00 AM at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood. Paramedics were called to the scene and both parties were taken to a local hospital.

LaBeouf was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI after we're told he exhibited "outward signs" of intoxication at the scene.

Law enforcement tell TMZ, Shia LaBeouf will not be booked on felony DUI charges -- but he's not out of the woods. We're told Shia is in surgery right now to fix his messed up left hand that was injured after he rolled his car at 3 AM today.
