. Buckcherry Leak Their Own Song? was a top story for this week. Here it is again: (Blabbermouth) Last week someone emailed us a torrent link to a new Buckcherry song, but we never post such links (or even legal links because of the asshats at ASCAP). Soon after, the band issued a statement hyping the "leak" and provided a link to it. Was it an intended leak? A publicity stunt? Take your guess. Here is their statement: We're out on the road again, and just played a killer first show on Cr�e Fest 2008 in West Palm Beach, Florida!

It's come to our attention that one of the tracks off our new album has leaked out on the net. Honestly, we hate it when this s*** happens, because we want our FANS to have any new songs first.
