Akon Fan Tossing Trial Delay

. (Yahoo) The trial of Akon, which was scheduled to begin yesterday (December 1) in Fishkill, NY, has been postponed until December 17.

The rapper will have to face criminal charges in a trial stemming from an incident in which he allegedly tossed a fan off a stage at a show last year.

The Eminem and Snoop Dogg collaborator is accused of tossing a teenager into the crowd during his concert at a baseball stadium in Fishkill, NY in June 2007. - more on this story
