The King of Cheese Dethroned, BMG Replace Clive Davis was a top story Friday. Here it is again: (antiMusic) Clive Davis, the show tune and all things schmaltz loving, record executive has been dethroned from the top of the BMG kingdom and replaced with a younger model. But he'll still have some creative control at the label. So you'll still have plenty of cheddar to choose from.

Parent company SonyBMG announced the move Thursday. The 74-year-old Davis will become chief creative officer of Sony BMG. Two other BMG executives also departed in the label shakeup. - more on this story
