The judge in the trial declared a mistrial after the jury declared they were hopelessly deadlocked. But prosecutors haven't given up, they plan to take Spector to trial again where he faces 15 years to life if found guilty of murdering "b" movie actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003. Meanwhile, the judge in the case, Larry Paul Fidler, is taking some heat online with Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department investigating a murder threat posted on Myspace.
A Myspace posted by the name of "xoxo Chelle" reportedly posted the threat on the "Team Spector" Myspace profile page. The comment has since been deleted from the page but the posting reported included "I love Phil Spector" and "The Evil Judge should DIE".
There was some speculation the "xoxo Chelle" was Spector's wife Michelle but Spector's attorney said she had nothing to do with the threatening post.
