Silverstein's tour comes on the heels of the release of their latest album, Arrivals and Departures, which debuted at number 25 on the U.S. Billboard 200 in July. At each stop along the tour, peta2 will have a booth where concertgoers can pick up literature and stickers as well as sign the "I Am Not a Nugget" petition. The petition calls on the government to include chickens in the Humane Methods of Slaughter Act, which would require that the animals be stunned before their throats are cut�as opposed to current methods, which include hanging chickens in shackles and slitting their throats while they are still conscious.
