Exit 12 is a road song, inspired loosely from an exit off the Pennsylvania Turnpike called Breezewood. It's truck stop, but not just any truck stop.
It's in the middle of dense forest and has every single fast food and cheap motel chain that exists. It's a neon glow you can see coming for a good 20 minutes away. It's such a ridiculous place that they sell their own postcards. All that's on the postcards are photos of fast food chains.
I love it so much I am giving you a link to - check it out
