The alleged incident is said to have taken place at Kiosk, in the Soho district of New York, at 3.30am after the rapper � real name Sean Coombs � became involved in an altercation with another nightclub goer.

The New York Post says that Coombs argued with Steven Acevedo outside the venue before police intervened in the incident. It's reported, however, that after being provoked again, Coombs launched two punches and shouted at Acevedo, "I'll kill you, punk!" - more on this story
