For their new album, OTEP called on Dave Fortman (Mudvayne, Evanescence) to produce, and also enlisted Grammy-nominated guitarist Greg Tribbett (Mudvayne and HELLYEAH) to co-write three songs. To date, OTEP has sold over 400,000 units.

With the release of The_Ascension, their third full-length outing, the band challenged themselves to avoid clich�s and classifications and find a new landscape of sound and vision.
