Huey has been working with the mayor of his hometown, Kinloch, right outside St. Louis, to rebuild the community. Says Huey, "My neighborhood used to have a sense of community but now it's dead due to drugs and things getting too hot there so I'm investing my money to rebuild youth centers, libraries, schools, and stores." The destitution that plagues St. Louis is portrayed in one of the three new videos titled, "Nobody Loves the Hood."
The three videos are meant to be seen in a certain order as they reveal what a day in the life of Huey is like. First is the non-album track, "Adidas" which shows Huey visiting the "I Am St. Louis" store to pick up some fresh new Adidas gear. The next video is "Aye," which shows everyone in STL having a good time and celebrating life on a hot summer day. Next is the third and final video for another non-album track, "Nobody Loves the Hood." Explains Huey, "The videos show what a typical day is like where I call my boys up, we get some new Adidas clothes and then we're feelin' good so we party and holler "Aye," but then a gunshot rings out and the emotions kick in and we're reminded that we still got a lot of problems in the hood."
