Gigwise has the report: Prince has launched an extraordinary legal clampdown against his own fan websites. The singer's three largest web communities, Prinfams, Housequake and Prince.org have all received legal notices to remove all "photographs, images, lyrics, album covers and anything linked to Prince's likeness."
Prince's demands � which include asking the websites to remove fan's own photographs of Prince inspired tattoos and Prince inspired number plates � have forced the web communities to create, PrinceFansUnited, in a bid to challenge the legal action. - more on this story
