(PR) Music Nation the artist development company, today announced the six finalists of its online video music competition. Over the last two weeks, the Music Nation panel of judges has voted, with input from the public, to narrow down the 54 quarterfinalists to six remaining competitors. Now, these finalists from each of Music Nations three genres rock, pop and urban go head to head in hopes of earning a global recording contract with Epic Records. With judges like Joel and Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, producer Howard Benson (rock), producer Jonathan J.R. Rotem, Charlie Walk, President of Epic Records (pop), and multi-platinum rappers Nelly and The Game as well as Mark Pitts, President of Urban Music at Jive Records (urban), the Music Nation competition has been a chance for unsigned acts to have their music heard by some of the premier figures in the music industry.

From now until May 20th, the public will vote and the judges will make their picks from the finalist group. This last week will determine the three winners one from each genre who will be announced on Monday May 21st and be awarded the ultimate prize: a global recording contract with Epic Records.
