(PR) Grant-Lee Phillips, an artist who ABC News called "one of the most gifted songwriters of his generation..." has announced a string of select U.S. headline dates in support of his forthcoming album Strangelet, due out March 27 (Zoe/Rounder). Kicking off in San Diego on April 23, the tour winds up in New York May 9. Additional dates are planned for the west coast in June.
