"(Steven's) brother and his new 'manager' hired these thug gangster guys that are cholo-like wannabe gangster dudes to watch over Steven," Tarsha said in the interview according to BW&BK. "They are telling me stories about how they've got him handcuffed to the wall and to the furniture in his own house. They won't even uncuff him to go to the bathroom, so you've got Steven Adler sh*tting and pissing his own pants. They're abusing the guy. They're abusing him, dudes. I don't support what they're doing, and I told them that.
"The way I found that out was this guy (the new 'manager') called me up, and he's telling me, 'Yeah, I had to keep Steven in line. I had to handcuff him until he sh*t his own pants'. I'm like, 'are you kidding me, dude?' I'm like, 'That's not cool'. Steven lost control of his life a long time ago, and he's lost even more control of it now. The problem is that he can't control himself, so he looks to the people around him to tell him what to do, to tell him how to think, to tell him what he should do. That's the problem right now. He screws people over based on the information he's getting from the people that are supporting him... or not supporting him. He's like a puppet. He has the name. He has the fame. He has the money, and he's easily influenced by whoever is closest to him. That's really what I think is going on right now. "
