. (PR) With a second major motion picture soundtrack placement already under his belt this season � "Beautiful Disaster" on the opening credits of Georgia Rule (opening May 11th, starring Lindsay Lohan and Jane Fonda) � American heartland singer-songwriter and pianist Jon McLaughlin is laying the groundwork for the release of his upcoming first album for Island Records, INDIANA (out May 15th). March 5th has been set as the Add Date for "Beautiful Disaster" at triple-A and Hot AC radio formats.

With "Beautiful Disaster" on deck, and "Another Layer" released last week on the soundtrack album for Bridge to Terabithia (in theatres now) � Jon has returned to the road for a full-scale cross-country tour, working again with Nashville-based singer-songwriter (and former tour mate) Matt Wertz. Dates began two weeks ago and continue tonight at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, running through April 27th at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City.
