The R+B singer, who infamously claimed he had an affair with the reality TV show's judge Paula Abdul, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in North Little Rock, Arkansas on 30 July (07), when marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on his person.

At a hearing in North Little Rock District Court last week (ends24Aug07), Clark was fined $850 (GBP425) plus court costs, placed on two years probation. [He still faces charges in Arizona, more on that - here]
