Reznor spoke with UK's answer to Rolling Stone, NME, before his band's gig and had some not so kind words for other bands he was sharing the stage with. His biggest target was Billy Corgan's latest incarnation of the Smashing Pumpkins featuring only two original members. "I was never a big Smashing Pumpkins fan back when they were the Pumpkins, not to sh*t on Billy or anything but I don't hear anything that would make me want to care. I think trying to resurrect the name Smashing Pumpkins... it's all a bit corporate for me."
He also took a dig at this year's lineup for the famed UK music festival and said he would have much rather shared the stage with artists on another night. "I heard the lineup for another day and that sounded a lot better than the lineup on the day we are playing, so I doubt you will see me on the side of the stage for Fall Out Boy!"
