Lily Allen Postpones US Tour

. (PR) U.K. artist Lily Allen is regrettably postponing her upcoming series of West Coast dates. U.S. authorities revoked her work visa earlier this month when she was entering the country. The reinstatement process has proven lengthier than anticipated, thus preventing her tour from launching on September 6th in San Diego, CA.

She has also been forced to pull out of an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards.

"I am so disappointed that I won't be able to come to the States at this time," says Lily. "I was really looking forward to playing these shows and being part of the Video Music Awards. I want my fans to know that I'll be back as soon as I possibly can!"
