Plies made an even more impressive chart debut when you consider that "Real Testament" is a debut album. The fact that the single "Shawty (Feat. T-Pain)" is now ranking at No. 1 with-a-bullet at Urban radio outlets nationwide, exceeding 10,000 spins, helped earn Plies a No. 2 debut on the charts with sales of 96,000 units.
Korn didn't do so well in their second week on the charts. They debuted at No. 2 last week but their new "untitled" effort took a 64% nose dive to No. 10 with sales of 39,000, according to Billboard. Other reports place them at No. 11 Korn with 41,000 in sales.
No other huge surprises but here is how a few other debuts did this week. Fuel's "Angels & Devils" lands at No. 42 with 15,000 in sales. Slightly Stoopid's "Chronchitis" is at No. 55 with 12,000 in sales and Drowning Pool's "Full Circle" lands at No. 64 with 10,000 cds being sold last week.
