Pink Floyd Founder Dies

. (DiR) [Very sad news as another legend has passed. Here is part of IGN's report] Legendary founding member of Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett, died Friday at the age of 60 due to complications from diabetes according to reports from the British media.

Barrett, who had spent the past 30 years of so living in seclusion, was the lyrical and musical mastermind behind the earliest incarnation of the seminal British psychedelic outfit which also included Roger Waters, Nick Mason, Rick Wright, and David Gilmour who joined the band in 1968.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
