Jourgensen explains: "Being clean for three years, I decided it was time for me to get back in the saddle and create an independent and autonomous outlet for Ministry and other side projects again. I'm looking forward to developing 13th Planet Records into a successful, prolific, and creatively rewarding artist run label. 13th Planet Records unveils its new website www.thirteenthplanet.com on October 31, 2005.
