"The Pacifier" brought in an estimated $30.2 million at the North American box office this weekend to capture the No. 1 spot. "Be Cool" came in second place with an estimated $23.5 million opening weekend.
"Be Cool" knocked last week's No. 2, the Will Smith fronted "Hitch" to a distant third place with a $12.5 million finish. But it was week's No 1. film "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," that took the biggest fall this week, landing in 4th place with an estimated $12 million box office gross.
The top five was rounded out the Academy
Award winner for best picture, Clint Eastwood's boxing drama "Million Dollar
Baby," which climbed one spot with an estimated $8.51 million weekend box
office.
