 The Grudge Wins The Box Office.

(antiTainment) Sarah Michelle Gellar returned to the big screen this past weekend and her horror flick "The Grudge" won over moviegoers to the tune of $39.1 million, landing the film at the top of the box office. "The Grudge" relegated "Shark Tale" to the No. 2 spot after the animated film had held the top of the box office for three weeks. 

Ben Affleck's star seems to be sinking fast. His latest film, "Surviving Christmas," only grossed $4.4 million for its opening weekend, landing it at No 7. 

"Shall We Dance" pulled in $14.3 million for a third place finish and the critically acclaimed football drama "Friday Night Lights" came in fourth with a gross of $6.9 million.  "Team America: World Police", from the creators of "South Park" rounded out the Top 5 taking in close to $6.4 million for the weekend.
