Spears and Federline were married in a secret ceremony on September 18th, but reportedly held out on filing the marriage license until this week while Federline completed the prenuptial agreement.
The terms of that agreement have not been made public but press reports state that it entitles Federline to $300,000 a year for half the length of the marriage if the couple were to divorce. The agreement reportedly also excludes consideration for Federline's two children.
In with the new, out with the old: Spears also parted ways with her manager, Larry Rudolph, this week. On Thursday Rudolph announced that he and Spears had "mutually agreed not to renew their nine-year management relationship."
Rudolph took Spears under his wing when
the popstar was 13-years-old and he helped launch her career.
