It is not known at press time whether �The Contender� producers DreamWorks and reality king Mark Burnett will appeal the decision. 

Both shows feature boxing hopefuls that compete to win a cash grand prize and a high profile boxing match. NBC�s �The Contender� is hosted by Sylvester Stallone and Fox�s �The Next Great Champ� is hosted by Oscar De La Hoya. 

Fox came under fire earlier this summer when they launched another reality program �Trading Spouses�, which ABC says is a copy of their program �Wife Swap�. The competing networks protest what they feel are preemptive launches of programs that are direct copies of their programs. �Wife Swap� is set to debut this fall on ABC.  .
