If you luck into one of the golden tickets, you wont get to tour a magical chocolate factory, but you will get an all expenses paid trip to Detroit to join Eminem in the studio while he records his new CD.
Eminem does not say that the idea came from the famous childrens book Charley and the Chocolate Factory or the film based on the tale, Willie Wanka, instead he explains that the idea came to him in this way, We were working on this album and trying to come up with the craziest idea possible to help promote it," Eminem said. "Obie said, 'Let the fans meet you, that's what they want.' So we came up with the contest, and hopefully it will make everyone know the album is out."
Obi Trice added, "Everybody's always doing the same sh-t with their records. Buy my album, get a DVD, get a free poster, get a piece of my toilet seat...f--k all that sh-t. We wanted to come with the hottest, 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' type sh-t for a contest. When I was a kid I would have given a nut to win something like this."
