He was in town to attend the 2003 Radio Music Awards, and the theft reportedly took place while he was at the awards ceremony on Monday night. 

He wasn�t the only famous person to have their room at the Aladdin hotel-casino robbed-- Michelle Branch reported that her room was robbed of computer equipment. 

The break-ins are being investigated by the Las Vegas police, who reportedly do not have a suspect at this point.
