The album will be titled �Thirteenth Step,� which may be a reference to an Alcoholics Anonymous joke where members who have some time in the program and have worked the program�s 12-steps will take the 13th step by using their �time� as a tool to make sexual overtures to people new to the program.  The term is usually used in a cautionary or joking manor by members, warning against taking advantage of new members. 

The line-up this time around includes the artist formerly known as Twiggy Ramirez--Jeordie White (Marilyn Manson) is the group�s new bass player along with Keenan, guitarist Billy Howerdel and drummer Josh Freese. 

The group will hit the road later this month to preview material from the album, as well as appear on several dates on the Lollapalooza tour.
