Now the legendary punk band has teamed up with Vans to bring fans limited edition Social Distortion Vans. Not the vans you drive, the tennis shoes! Although, we dont know just how punk rock having your own tennis shoe line is, Social D is still one of the most popular punk bands in the world and recently sold out a series of dates at the Anaheim, Ca and Hollywood House of Blues venues.
Back to the shoes, Vans are offering the limited edition shoes via their online store as part of their special Vans Web Exclusive Series. According to a statement from Vans they worked closely with Social D on designing Old Skools and Sk8-Hi's to their specifications. Both shoes feature the Skelly logo along with a Social Distortion tongue label. --The Old Skools come in all-black suede while the Sk8-Hi's come in the traditional black & white canvas/suede combination.
If you just cant live without your Social
D tennis, you can purchase them online at Vans.com
