The group features Motley Crues Nikki Sixx, LA Guns Tracii Guns, Scot Coogan, and newcomer vocalist London LeGrand. Although there are some unconfirmed rumors that LaGrand has exited the group. Another unconfirmed rumor about LaGrand is that he was a hair stylist before he was picked up by the group because he had the right look. If LaGrand is gone maybe they can bring back John Corabi, who is one hell of singer that never really got his due. There has been no official confirmation of either rumor from the Brides camp.
Tracii Guns set off concern among the fans when he made a posting on the groups website last week. He wrote, The album will be delivered in Japan only by September 17th. There are only plans to promote the album in Japan and there are no plans to tour. Apparently, we were asking for way too much money for the American and European license and it turned a lot of people off. That's when everything came to a screeching halt. So unless a magical deal comes from out of a monkey's ass, or a label, this record will never see the light of day outside of Japan."
Red lights must have gone off at Nikki Sixx central, Damage control, damage control!!! as Guns Posted a statement shortly after that said "I just talked to Nikki. After we deliver to Japan, we will try to get at least license or distribution. At that point we will pickup where we left off.
So BRIDES is not over, it's just not a full-blown band at this point until we need be somewhere, So I will put something new together to occupy my time until the CD comes out. He said if we had the right deal right now... that's pretty much all he would be putting his energy on... he loves the band, he loves the support from the rockers and wishes things were different so, it's not all negative just kinda kinky."
