Shortly after news of the disastrous gig hit the press Creeds management issued an apology but thats not enough for these four fans who reportedly filed suit in Cook County Circuit Court this week. They hope that others will join in the suit and a class action can be brought against the band. Estimates put the total tab at $2 million if a refund is given to every person who attended the show.
The plaintiffs also name Ticketmaster and the groups management company in the suit, stating that they, along with the other members of the group, knew the condition that Stapp was in prior to the concert and still let the show go on.
The plaintiffs have reportedly not asked to be compensated for pain and suffering, apparently because they willingly sat through a Creed concert.
The Creed camp has not yet publicly responded to these developments.
