Apparently, last Thursday Sharon was dining with her husband Ozzy and son Jack at Koi Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles when the fight ensued between Sharon and ICM talent agent Renee Tab.
Tabs attorney, Nejila K. Brent, states that Sharon Osbourne started the fight with Tab by " spitting on her and calling her names."
Osbournes publicist said in a statement that the family matriarch was "viciously assaulted" and was treated at a hospital for injuries. She did not elaborate on the injuries.
Police are investigating claims made by both women and said that the city attorney will decided is charges will be filed. Sgt. John Pasquariello says that if any charges are filed they will mostly likely be "on the low end of the misdemeanor scale".
Osbourne and Tab do have a history.
In January, the Osbournes accused Tab of crashing their New Year's Eve anniversary party/re-wedding ceremony and allegedly using a bogus raffle ticket to walk away with an expensive diamond necklace that was being given away as a door prize.
Tabs employer, the ICM agency, stuck up for their employee after she was accused by the Osbournes of walking off with the $15,000 necklace. They stated that after an investigation they concluded that Tab was indeed invited to the party and won the necklace legitimately and that the Osbournes owed both Tab and ICM an apology.
