Mitchell shared: Sadly, Chad from CKY hasn't figured out how to cohabitate with others after all these years. They will no longer be on the Alien Ant Farm Tour through the rest of the UK shows after Chad punched me in the face earlier today. I've watched him treat multiple crew members and opening band members like trash through the Europe shows and cause general drama around our camp. (continue)
Lou Gramm, the legendary original frontman of Foreigner, is upset with some of the decision made about their recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and shared that reason that Dennis Elliott decided not to attend.
The powerhouse vocalist helped the band attain arena rock legend status with their string of classic hits and while they have been eligible for induction into the Rock Hall for a number of years, they finally received the honor this year. But Gramm is not happy that he was not allowed to perform one of the band's signature rock songs during the ceremony. (continue)

Doves have announced three intimate live dates following the release of their first new music in over four years earlier this week. After thrilling fans with the dystopian opus, Renegade, lifted from their upcoming, sixth studio album, the band has announced a return to the stage - although the gigs will take place without Jimi Goodwin. Tickets go on sale on Tue 12 November 2024 at 9.30am.
Whilst the album, Constellations For The Lonely, Doves' follow up to their 2020 UK No.1 album, The Universal Want, features Goodwin's contributions throughout, the singer's ongoing recovery from personal wellbeing issues will keep him from accompanying bandmates, Andy and Jez Williams, on the road. The brothers, who have interchanged with Goodwin on vocals throughout the band's studio and stage career, will take on a broader role as vocalists to play songs from both their last two albums and Doves classics. The Plot In You has released their new EP, 'Vol. 3' and the official video for "Spare Me" via Fearless Records. When asked about the inspiration behind the track, vocalist Landon Tewers commented: "'Spare Me' is a meditation on current society and how we internalize what's happening around us. Feeling guilt about what can't be controlled or altered."

Make Them Suffer have released a visualizer video for their new song "Small Town Syndrome", which is the closing track to their brand new self-titled album that arrived last week.
"I really like the lyrics," shares vocalist Sean Harmanis of the track. "It's describing someone trying to flee their hometown. They live in a small town and everyone's always watching you and talking about each other, so there's this paranoia and this sort of fear surrounding all of that." (continue)
Fresh off their signing to Pale Chord / Rise Records, alternative rock band Saint Blonde is thrilled to share their brand new single and music video "Prowl". A deceptively mellow track with a lithe bass melody, "Prowl" is about the swirl of emotions that comes with the vulnerability of casual dating.
"'Prowl' is more or less a song about dating, finding yourself again in that process, working on yourself and the concept of potentially being emotionally or mentally available to date again," shares vocalist Hunter Fitch. "It's a song about the realities of casual dating when you're a feely person, catching feelings, and trying to live up to expectations. A fling turned into more than a fling type thing, and the feeling of freedom and vulnerability in the process of meeting someone new. It's a song about self improvement and (maybe even remorse in a way). New beginnings and being afraid to make the jump with a new person." (continue)

Shweta Harve just released her new single and video "Why So Busy?" featuring Dario Cei and to celebrate we asked her to tell us about the song. Here is the story:
Creating "Why So Busy?" was a deeply personal experience for me, rooted in both observation and introspection. The inspiration for the song came to me one evening when I was out for a walk, watching people pass by, heads buried in their phones, oblivious to the world around them. The pattern was everywhere-airports, family gatherings, holidays, restaurants, and even in moments meant to be shared. I remember hearing about a young woman who succumbed to the unrelenting pressures of corporate life, and it struck me just how pervasive and damaging our obsession with productivity has become.
