Metallica have revealed that their Blacklist project, that features over 50 artists from the across the musical universe, has raised over $3,000,000 to date for various charities.
The thrash metal legend's charity, All Within My Hands Foundation, took to social media and shared the following news, "You've helped the #MetallicaBlacklist raise over $3 Million for charity! (continue)

Louder Than Life is returning in 2025 with...Slayer! Producers Danny Wimmer Presents is pleased to announce early details for the 11th edition of the fan favorite event, to be held at Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY September 18-21, 2025.
After the effects of Hurricane Helene resulted in the cancelation of metal legends Slayer, the band will be headlining the festival next year to give fans another chance to see their much-discussed reunion set. He received 15 Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987. B.B. is one of the most influential blues musicians of all time, earning the nickname "The King of the Blues", throughout his musical career, appearing on average at more than 200 concerts per year into his 70s. Rhino Record is celebrating legendary rockers Rush's years on Atlantic Records with a new limited edition box set "The Albums: 1989-1996", that is being released this Friday, November 1st and is limited to 3,000 copies.
The 6LP set covers the first four albums that Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, and Neil Peart recorded for Atlantic Records before their hiatus in 1997. Each album includes a print of reimagined cover artwork and is housed in a slipcase featuring new artwork by award-winning artist Hugh Syme, who has created all of Rush's album cover art since 1975. In 2020, when I heard the news that Neil Peart, one of the greatest musicians and storytellers in music, was gone, I vividly remember feeling there was suddenly an overwhelming void in the world that would never be filled. Through tears, I wondered how someone I didn't personally know could affect my life so much. I wanted to write something to express all those emotions that I, and so many others around the world, were feeling. I tucked the idea away and knew it would eventually come to me. (continue)
