CKY's Chad I Ginsburg has taken to social media and shared a brief statement after his band was tossed off their current tour with Alien Ant Farm after Chad allegedly punched AAF singer Dryden Mitchell in the Face.
Ginsburg wrote, "Uk CKY fans Get your money back!! I had NO choice and GOOD reason for what happened. I will always defend myself You know me much better than that ! More info to come Apologies to the fans" (continue)
Mitch Malloy has shared a demo of a song called "It's The Right Time" that he composed with Eddie Van Halen, that the vocalist has now shared as "a gift to fans" as he revealed his short tenure working with the band.
Malloy says in the video description and in comments on YouTube that following the departure of Sammy Hagar from the band, he was the legendary's band's new lead singer in 1996. They ultimately hired Extreme frontman Gary Cherone to lead the ill-fated Van Halen III lineup. (continue)
Original Foreigner frontman Lou Gramm has explained the reasons why he decided to walk away from the band back in 2003, saying that he felt like he was being "shut out creatively" and revealed the moment he knew he "just had enough".

Pink Floyd fans discovered a strange phenomenon that the band's blockbuster "The Dark Side Of The Moon" mysteriously syncs up with the classic film "The Wizard Of Oz" and David Gilmour says that it was not intentional.

Spiritbox have secured their second GRAMMY nomination for Best Metal Performance, this time for their super heavy single, "Cellar Door." The nomination follows their previous GRAMMY nod in 2024 for "Jaded," solidifying Spiritbox as a force in modern metal.

KISS frontman Paul Stanley appeared on Rock Of Nations With Dave Kinchen And Shane McEachern and revealed what his life has been like following the band's final concert at Madison Square Garden on December 2nd of last year.
Stanley said this about life after KISS, "There's no way to give that up and not feel a sense of, if not lost, kind of disoriented. It was time, and intellectually it made sense, but that doesn't mean that emotionally, it doesn't play a part in it. So yeah, being home, as I am right now, is normal. (continue)
The Tragically Hip digitally releases the commemorative boxset of their Diamond-certified debut album, Up To Here, the latest installment of special deluxe packages. Up To Here was originally released September 5, 1989, as The Tragically Hip's first full-length studio album, an introduction that brought them breakthrough success, including two Canadian rock radio #1 singles, "Blow at High Dough" and "New Orleans is Sinking." The album also earned the band a JUNO Award for "Most Promising Artist" in 1990.
The expanded reissue of Up To Here is a must-have for collectors, presented as a four-LP set on 180g vinyl, alongside liner notes documenting the history of the debut album era. The reissue includes a 2024 remastering of the original album and five previously unreleased songs that didn't make it on the original Up To Here album - "She's Got What It Takes," "Get Back Again," "Rain, Hearts And Fire," "Hailstone Hands Of God," and "Wait So Long" are also shared as part of this expanded package, remastered and mixed in Atmos. A recording of Live at Misty Moon, the special filmed for MuchMusic in 1990 from the Misty Moon Cabaret in Halifax, is also included, with an accompanying 1-hour concert film on Blu-ray. The package also contains demos from 1988 that were recorded prior to the Up To Here recording session. The four-LP box set, as well as a three-disc CD format, will be released on Friday, November 15. (continue)
