Sammy Hagar has shared a video featuring footage from the final day of rehearsals for his upcoming The Best Of All Worlds Tour where he will pay tribute to the music of his former band Van Halen.

Named after the hit Van Halen song, The Best Of Both Worlds Tour is set to kick off on July 13th in West Palm Beach, FL at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre and will feature special guests Loverboy. (continue)

Metallica have shared professionally shot video of their performance of their classic song "Whiplash" from their June 26th set at the Tons Of Rock festival in Oslo, Norway.

The festival appearance took place amid the band's current European leg of the M72 World Tour that features the band playing two nights in select cities with setlists containing different songs. (continue)

Slipknot have announced the lineup details for this year's Knotfest Brasil festival, which will be taking place on October 19th and 20th at the Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Enter Shikari have released Dancing On The Frontline, a new companion album to their UK #1 record A Kiss for the Whole World. The new release brings together remixes, non-album singles (featuring the likes of Wargasm, Cody Frost, AViVA and Fever 333's Jason Aalon Butler), plus session tracks originally recorded for the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show and Future Sounds shows.

Dancing On The Frontline also comes with a Blu-ray of the band's headline performance at the UK's Slam Dunk Festival in 2023 and a set from Germany's Vainstream Festival in the summer of 2022, with both shows edited by the band's longtime visual collaborator Oleg Rooz. (continue)

Canadian roots, rock, blues and soul band Bywater Call release the Southern rock banger "Everybody Knows" along with a music video, their fourth single of the year taken from their upcoming studio album Shepherd.

Opening with an infectious guitar riff and a burst of horns, imagine a cross between the swagger of the Black Crowes and Rolling Stones and the soul of Aretha Franklin. "Everybody Knows" is classic Southern Rock with a fierce female vocal. (continue)

Stoner rockers A Forest Mighty Black have released their brand new song "Birdman", which is the first single from their forthcoming album "The Hedonist" that will arrive on September 6th.

"Birdman is about a man's strong desire to fly, which he achieves with the help of a scientist who amputates his limbs and grafts majestic wings onto him with sinister precision. Transforming into an angel is both wondrous and terrible, bringing joy and suffering. We aimed to express this dual nature in our music by crafting somber atmospheres that are occasionally distressing yet ultimately allow a sense of hope to shine through." (continue)

One of our new singles, Swinging South, is also the first song we wrote for this record. My definition of what "writing a song" means has changed a lot during the course of making Bad Jazz and this song set the tone for how the entire record would take shape.
