80's glam rock veterans Poison are making plans to hit the road for a tour next year, according to a social media post that drummer Rikki Rockett shared earlier this week.

Rockett took to Facebook on Monday (June 24th) and shared, "Poison will be touring in 2025. As usual, there will be no backing tracks. Live, raw and uncut. Warts and all." (continue)

Guns N' Roses legend Slash has announced that he will visit Easy Street Records in Seattle to play an in-store set celebrating his star-studded new album Orgy of the Damned, available now on Gibson Records.

A cause of death for Crazy Town frontman Shifty Shellshock, real name is Seth Binzer, has been revealed by a representative. The singer was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Monday (June 24th). He was 49 years old.

In May 1973, three months before work would begin on John Lennon's fourth solo album, Mind Games, John and Yoko Ono moved into their newly purchased apartment in the Dakota building on West 72nd Street in New York City, high above Central Park and with a beautiful view over the area, which would later be dedicated to John and named Strawberry Fields, where the now world-famous "Imagine" circle mosaic resides.

I started writing "Be Still My Heart" back in May of 2020. It was shortly after I had been laid off from my full time job. I know I am not unique in that, many people lost their jobs at the start of the pandemic, but it still left me stunned and off kilter. It came out of nowhere and I was really surprised that it had happened to me. I spent the rest of that day feeling anxious and a bit down. (continue)
