Former Journey frontman Steve Perry took to social media to share his reaction to the band's classic hit "Don't Stop Believin'" being named the "biggest song of all time" by Forbes magazine after the track was 18-times platinum by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America).

Perry shared via Intagram, "When this Don't Stop Believin' ,'The Biggest Song of ALL Time' article came out yesterday {3/19/24} I was so emotionally stunned. To be part of such a moment as this made me reflect on my parents. (continue)

Drive-By Truckers have announced that they will launching a North American tour this summer and fall to celebrate their landmark third studio album, "Southern Rock Opera".

"I guess the way that your love makes me feel/Must mean I'm really addicted," sings Ozzy Osbourne on "Crack Cocaine," the newly released track out today (March 21) from Billy Morrison's new solo album The Morrison Project that's due April 19 via The Label Group's partnership with TLG|ZOID through Virgin Music Group.

This seismic collaboration also features Steve Stevens on guitar and was co-written by Morrison, Osbourne, and Stevens who all appear in the video with Paris Jackson playing the glamorous/romantic interest, with cameos from visual artist Risk and actor Jeff Hilliard. (continue)

The song is available on Madison Records via The Orchard. It was the No. 1 Most Added track on the SMR Rock Chart as well as the Most Added song on the Mediabase Active Rock Activator Panel.

The Story So Far have announced their upcoming 5th studio album, I Want To Disappear, out June 21 via Pure Noise Records. Produced by Jon Markson (Drug Church, KOYO), the album features previously-released single "Big Blind" alongside nine brand new The Story So Far tracks. I Want To Disappear comes nearly six years after the band's previous album Proper Dose, which debuted at #19 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Phoenix, AZ-based modern rock trio The Black Moods will reveal the first taste of new music from their forthcoming third studio album due later this year with their new melodic and rhythmic track "Heaven." Out Friday, March 22 across digital platforms, "Heaven" was produced by duo Seth Reger (Ava Max, Bruno Mars) and Niko Mansikka-aho (Empire of The Sun, Common Kings) who also co-wrote the song with The Black Moods in Los Angeles in late 2023.

"We wanted to take a different approach to the next record we made," shares vocalist/guitarist Josh Kennedy. "With our last couple of albums, it was just the three of us going in and doing what we do live. 'Heaven' was the first new track we started working on and we decided that we wanted to take advantage of the studio and add some modern elements, while still keeping the core of our basic rock'n'roll instincts. We aren't leaving behind what we do as a band, we are taking a step in a new direction, and trying new things. Variety is the spice of life." (continue)
