Original Sublime members Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson are reuniting with Bradley Nowell's son Jakob as the front man. The trio are scheduled to perform at Coachella and will announce additional select festival performances in 2024.
Jakob first joined drummer Bud Gaugh and bassist Eric Wilson on stage at a benefit concert for Bad Brains' H.R. in December 2023, where they performed an eight-song set including many Sublime classics like "Wrong Way," "Santeria," "What I Got" and "April 29, 1992 (Miami)." Performance footage circulated across social media and drew overwhelming reaction from fans across the world. With the outpouring of support from Sublime fans and the undeniable musical synergy between Nowell, Gaugh and Wilson, the group has decided to move forward and continue the Sublime legacy, starting a new chapter of the band with Jakob Nowell on vocals. Big Big Train have released a Miles Skarin of Crystal Spotlight created music video for their track "Miarmare". It comes from their forthcoming 15th studio album 'The Likes Of Us' that arrives on March 1st, 2024.
The album is the internationally-based group's first full collection of songs since the unexpected passing of long-serving lead vocalist David Longdon in late 2021. Besides marking the debut of new frontman Alberto Bravin, a former member of the Italian band Premiata Forneria Marconi, it also heralds the beginning of a new relationship with InsideOutMusic, the group having self-released their music for almost two decades. Watershed Festival announced today that headliners Luke Bryan, HARDY and Old Dominion are set to descend on the scenic Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington on Friday, August 2 through Sunday, August 4.

On this Day in Rock in 2013 Ozzy Osbourne was injured in a fire at his Beverly Hills home, his wife and manager Sharon revealed. The Black Sabbath singer suffered facial burns, hair loss and re-opened a cut in his hand made during recent surgery after an unattended candle exploded its glass holder.
Sharon revealed she'd gone to bed without putting the candle out. "At five o'clock I heard a noise like metal had fallen. I thought it was my housekeeper so I didn't pay any attention.
