Journey and Def Leppard have announced next summer's hottest co-headlining stadium tour. The bands will join forces to conquer stadium stages across North America in 2024. This legendary collaboration promises a musical journey like no other, igniting the hearts and souls of fans and delivering a night of unforgettable rock anthems.

The 23-city tour kicks off on July 6 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO, while making stops at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN; SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA; Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL; JOURNEY's hometown of San Francisco, CA at Oracle Park and more before wrapping up in Denver, CO at Coors Field on September 8. Guns N' Roses have announced that they will officially be releasing their song "The General" as a digital single this Friday, December 8th and have shared a teaser clip.

"The General" had previously been released as the B-side to the group's limited edition 7" vinyl single of their latest track "Perhaps". Both songs were composed during the Chinese Democracy sessions. (continue)

While they continue to be snubbed by the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and passed over for non-rock artists, Iron Maiden still pack stadiums around the world and in fact, made history this week after selling out their upcoming show in Bogata in 21 minutes.

The legendary group will rock the El Campin Stadium in Bogata, Columbia on November 24th of next year, marking their concert in the city in 13 years. Tickets to 42,000 seat venue went on sale and sold out in just 21 minutes, making it the first concert in Columbia to sell out so far in advance, according to the promoter, Move Concerts (via Billboard). Staind frontman Aaron Lewis has announced that they he been ordered by doctors to take "mandatory vocal rest" forcing him to postpone the reamining dates for his American Patriot Acoustic Tour.

Lewis broke the news to fans with the following, "Life has reminded me I'm creeping up on 52. After recording a new Staind album, a new solo album and playing 150-plus shows this year, my doctors have insisted I take this month off to give my voice some much needed rest before I do damage to my cords. It kills me to say this, but I have to listen to the professionals. Have a great holiday season and I look forward to seeing everyone in 2024." (continue)

I've always been a tomboy. I played sports, watched sports, and hung with the guys throughout my entire life, so naturally I can be pretty aggressive. I was inspired to write this song when I overheard these two guys who weren't hot at all talk about their "conquests." I couldn't help but laugh because there's no way in hell that I would ever go out with either of them. (continue)
