Catherine Stueber, whose husband Fran had served as guitar tech for Paul Stanley for decades, filed the suit in Los Angeles on Wednesday along with several members of her family, claiming both negligence and wrongful death. (continue)

The previously unreleased live version was recorded at Hull City Hall, and is featured as part of a full concert that's available as part of the 2023 package. After former Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian Robertson replaced Fast Eddie Clarke, the band's sixth studio album presented what Lemmy called a more "musical" approach, the classic line-up's full-tilt ferocity harnessed to more traditional guitar rock tropes enhanced by carefully crafted production. "We heal as time allows more and more space between those reoccurring, crushing, waves. This is this the storm before the calm."
"Six" was produced by guitarist Nuno Bettencourt and recorded in his home studio; the set marks the group's first new full record in 15 years. The project - which was launched with the set's lead single, "Rise" - debuted in the Top 10 in several countries, including the UK, Japan, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Scotland and Hungary. Directed by Jack Revell, the video jumps between the band trying their best to make it through a whirlwind week, and footage from a house show they played in San Diego for the 4th of July. An ode to the messy chaos of the house shows that raised them, the "At Least I Tried" video perfectly captures how Sun Room spends their summer days .
Released last week, the new single saw Sun Room team up with one of their musical idols, Zac Carper of FIDLAR. The song was premiered by Paste Magazine, who said, "It's vibrant, rowdy and a hell lot of fun." Packing the energy and chaos of their garage jams into two and a half minutes, the song runs Monday to Sunday, showing how the band is just winging it and hoping for the best. The Boxer Rebellion release their first new music in five years, revealing new single Powdered Sugar at the same time as completing their first run of SOLD-OUT live dates following an extended hiatus.
