Whitesnake co-founder and former guitarist Bernie Marsden has died at the age of 72. Marsden was the co-write of many of band's big hits like "Fool For Your Loving" and "Here I Go Again."
The sad news was shared via Bernie's official social media. "On behalf of his family, it is with deep sadness we announce the death of Bernie Marsden," his camp shared on Facebook. (continue)

Today, they proudly release their highly anticipated 11th studio album, Find A Way Home, now available on all major streaming platforms. The Devil Wears Prada have shared the new version of their single "Salt," which appears on 2022's Color Decay. This reimagined version features Dayseeker vocalist Rory Rodriguez.
"After playing 'Salt 'around the world for the last year, it became obvious that something was happening with the connection of this song and we wanted to do something special with it," the band offers. "We reached out to our good friend Rory from Dayseeker to see if he would want to feature on a new version of the song, and he absolutely smashed it. The 2015 project saw David Coverdale pay tribute to his work with Deep Purple with re-recorded versions of classic tracks from the three albums he appeared on during his three-year tenure with the legendary group: 1974's "Burn" and "Stormbringer", and 1975's "Come Taste The Band."
The 2023 reissue sees Coverdale celebrating the 50th anniversary of his Deep Purple debut with a newly-remixed and remastered version of the album joined by a series of alternative mixes, live recordings, and the original 1972 demo that landed the rocker his gig with the iconic UK band; he stumbled upon it among his late mother's belongings. I wrote Flashbacks of a Fool in 2011 while going through a very rough patch in what is now an incredible relationship. I was early in my songwriting days and far more dramatic than I am now. The lyrics came from true places though. He really did used to sing to me in the bed every Sunday morning. He really did used to leave often (and for good reason) and I'd take him back every. single. time. We really did used to talk about a life that one day we'd have together. Coincidentally, it's the exact life we have now. Then, though, they were words that came rarely and came in between the volatile fights and arguments. (continue)
