Anti-Flag shocked fans last week when their breakup was revealed. The split coincided with anonymous sexual misconduct allegations surfacing online that did not name the band or band members directly.

Frontman Justin Sane shared the following statement on his Instagram account, denying the accusations. He wrote, "Recently, there have been claims of sexual assault made against me and I can tell you that these stories are categorically false. I have never engaged in a sexual relationship that was not consensual, nor have I ever been approached by a woman after a sexual encounter and been told I had in any way acted without her consent or violated her in any way. Now that I have had a few days to absorb the initial shock, I am making this statement to set the record straight. (continue)

Dolly Parton, a global icon, is collaborating with NBCUniversal on the video for her new song "We Are The Champions/We Will Rock You," which will be used to promote NBCU's coverage of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 that begin one year from today.

"We Are The Champions/We Will Rock You" is Parton's cover of the famous rock anthems by Queen and a new song from her upcoming album Rockstar, which was inspired by her 2022 induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The album is set for global release on Nov. 17. (continue)

With just five months until Christmas Day and the holiday season fast approaching, GRAMMY Award Winning musician, producer, author as well as founding member of hard rock bands Alter Bridge, Creed and Tremonti, Mark Tremonti is announcing his first-ever holiday album. Christmas Classics New & Old is Mark's interpretation of nine holiday classics and one original penned song from the acclaimed songwriter himself.

After the success of his interpretation of songs Frank Sinatra made famous on his album Tremonti Sings Sinatra, Mark decided to partner up with the orchestra from that album to work on the holiday album. The album is scheduled for release worldwide on October 27th (continue)

Metallica's foundation, All Within My Hands, launches year five of the Metallica Scholars Initiative with an additional $1.85m to expand programs. "The Metallica Scholars Initiative is so important to us because we are seeing results. Five years in, with the help of community colleges across the country, we are helping people fill these essential jobs which require skills and training. The major workforce education initiative that Metallica's All Within My Hands (AWMH) foundation launched in 2019 in partnership with the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), is marking its fifth year with the addition of 11 new colleges to its existing 31-college roster, and an ambitious expansion into new programs. Metallica Scholars Initiative (MSI) now directly supports 42 community colleges across 33 states in the US to enhance their career and technical education programs. Award-winning English rock group Muse will be selling a collection of nearly 100 pieces of music gear used by the band both in the studio and on tour via Reverb, the largest online marketplace dedicated to buying and selling new, used, and vintage musical instruments.

Los Angeles-based Australian artist Dolly Dagger just released a music video for her new single "Nightmare". We asked her to tell us about the track to celebrate. Here is the story:

Nightmare came about after my guitarist and co-writer (Jesse McInturff) sent me the verse guitar riff. In his words, he found it forgeable, but I (Dolly) immediately heard a talking melody perfect for some lyrics I had saved in my notes app. There was a real tension in the guitars and the feeling it gave really helped me get in to the right zone to continue on from the noted lyrics. Jesse always heard a big, open and traditional rock chorus and though that had space to sing over it, I felt this chant-like statement come forward as I was working through it. (continue)
