Iconic vocalist Tina Turner has died, according to a post on her official Facebook page on Wednesday (May 24th). She died at the age of 83 in her home near Zurich, Switzerland after a long illness, a representative told Reuters.
Her Facebook page shared the sad news with fans with the following message, "It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Turner. With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow." (continue)

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame E Street Band member, Crazy Horse member and solo artist Nils Lofgren released a new song "Nothin's Easy (For Amy)" featuring vocals from Neil Young. The song is a loving tribute to his wife Amy Aiello Lofgren, who co-produced his new album Mountains that will be released on July 21.
Lofgren explains the song, "An apocalyptic landscape, the lone tulip, left in the road. Walking hand in hand with my true love as compassion and common sense careen toward extinction. This ultimate gift and blessing demands hope. 'We're all drowning in the answers, best get movin', God don't row...as I walk the hurt in this world, nothin's easy, 'cept you.' Prog rock legends Yes have released a music video for their song "Circles Of Time," which is the closing track to their just released studio album, "Mirror To The Sky".
Steve Howe said of the new album, which he produced, "This is a very important album for the band. We kept the continuity in the approach we established on The Quest, but we haven't repeated ourselves. That was the main thing. Earlier this year, the Plain White T's shared the brand new single and video "Spaghetti Tattoo," an acoustic love song in which frontman Tom Higgenson recounts a memorable first date. The video finds the band appearing as puppets, with scenes that pay homage to famous moments from film history.
