The legendary musician made the revelation while talking to AZ Central ahead of the band's headline performance at this year's NCAA March Madness Music Festival in Phoenix.
When he was asked if the band's Aero-Vederci Baby! tour is really their farewell trek, he responded, "Not officially, no. But we postponed the American tour we were supposed to do this fall. And we're gonna go out and tour until, you know, we're done. And we're gonna try and hit every place we've ever played and never played. There's always new places to go. New countries. I'd like to play China and the Far East. There's a lot of places that are off the beaten path. Is this the last tour? Well, I don't know. I don't think so."
He was then asked about new music in a follow up question and said, "Yeah, actually, which is one of the reasons we postponed this tour. We want to get in and give ourselves some time to get something done. We definitely have another record in us, if not two. But we'll see how that goes." Read the full interview

The rare EMI TG12345 MK IV recording console - one of only two ever made - sold for 1,807,500 during the Bonhams' TCM Presents Rock and Roll Through The Lens auction to an anonymous bidder.
The equipment was housed in Abbey Road's famed Studio 2 from 1971 to 1983, with Pink Floyd and many other artists using the gear for various recording ventures.
Seller and producer Mike Hedges initially purchased the console from Abbey Road in 1983 when the studio upgraded its equipment; he said it was still in "excellent working condition" upon its sale.
"The world record price of this important item of music engineering only confirms the military precision of EMI craftsmanship and the powerhouse persona of Abbey Road Studio," says Katherine Schofield, Head of Entertainment Memorabilia in London. "The intense bidding seen in the room and on the phone speaks to its association with one of the UK's most relevant and successful bands, Pink Floyd, and highlights the fact that this is far from being any ordinary console." Davis has partnered with Paste Magazine to stream the new record (check it out here), which was written and produced with his son Russ Davis. Dave had this to say about the project, "Working with my son was a delight and he made me realize a lot about myself... I feel an almost strange magnetic loving energy pervading through the whole work... I found it very demanding emotionally and I wanted it to have integrity... Even though Russ is my son we happened to both gel with the ideals, stories and motives of the work; the honesty, the purity of it, and its deceptive simplicity and wonder of it."
Russ adds, "Working with Dave is a fluid process and we both seem to share some kind of psychic connection and understanding of how the song is forming and where we want it to go... with this album I really had the desire to produce this record in the most organic way I could, and try to capture some of the old rock spirit whilst bringing some new energy to the table. I feel we've created an honest and natural sound, un-perfectionist and rough at the edges, but with plenty of character and vibe - we are both proud of how the record turned out."

We were sent these details: The alien was born in 1989 along with the 'Alien-EP' and has since graced five album covers. The artwork was brought to life by Patrick Strogulski, who is a student of Sebastian Krger, the former Tankard cover artist. He also created the cover artworks for 'A Girl Called Cerveza' and 'R.I.B.'
Frontma Gerre had this to say, "Mister Strogulski has once again created a real masterpiece and surpassed himself. Our first plan was, that I would be on the cover instead of the alien... but, lucky me, it ended up being the alien included instead..."
'One Foot In The Grave' was recorded at Gernhard Studio (Troisdorf, Germany) together with producer Martin Buchwalter (Destruction, Suidakra), in January 2017. Watch a trailer

"Crisis" was the first track we showed to the world, and it's a very special track for us because of the meaning behind the lyrics. First: it had to be in Spanish. We really wanted to show our Chilean roots with the track, and, beyond that, it is about the Chilean dictatorship, commanded by general Augusto Pinochet. That era of our country's history is one of the darkest and it deeply divided the country; even now you can feel the political opposition within the population. Read more
