Asked how Paul Bostaph came to play with Hail!, Ellefson replied "After Jimmy DeGrasso became unavailable due to his touring commitments with Alice Cooper, Roy Mayorga came aboard and just slammed for us. His playing throughout the Scandinavian dates was unbelievable, but now he's heading back into the studio with Stone Sour, so he's unavailable for the next round of shows. We immediately thought of Paul. With Alex Skolnik out playing with Trans-Siberian Orchestra a small window opened in the Testament schedule where Paul became available and we jumped at the opportunity."
Bostaph shared his excitement, "To play with Tim, Andreas and Dave? Talk about an honor, these guys are metal gods! I thought it was super cool when I first heard about HAIL! and what they were doing. Now to be a part of it is amazing. I'm really looking forward to it and can't wait."

The album, which was produced by David Bendeth (Breaking Benjamin, Paramore, All Time Low), debuted at No. 48 on the Billboard album chart and has spawned the rock radio hit "Champagne," which climbed to No. 1 on both the BDS/Billboard Active Rock and Mainstream Rock charts, making Cavo the first new artist to hit the top spot on the Mainstream chart since Trapt did it in 2003.

Shadow Gallery's Brendt Allman comments the song as follows: "Gold Dust is one of the 1st songs that I started writing for this new record. I just loved the D/ B flat/ E progression used in the chorus, then I just built the other parts around that. I knew that it could be a strong chorus and it turned out to be one of the best on the record. I particularly love the simplicity of the chord changes in the second half of the song, riding one note on the guitar in machine gun fashion while having pretty chord changes over the top of it. I love the fact that there are 4 lead vocalists on that section as well."
Next to the regular CD and Digital Download version of "Digital Ghosts", which introduces new lead singer Brian Ashland, there will also be a very special limited edition Digipak released in Europe with expanded and slightly modified artwork as well as 4 special bonus tracks *:

Produced by Hypocrisy mastermind Peter Tagtgren himself, the album is an eleven track balancing act of pure aggression and technical precision. Following on the formidable heels of 2005's Virus, Divinity manages to push the band rounded out by Mikael Hedlund on bass and the mighty Horgh behind the kit to even greater heights.
In other news, Tagtgren and company will be hitting the road in November to support their latest beast of a record. The tour kicks off with back-to-back dates in Springfield, Virginia at Jaxx Nightclub, and runs through December, at which point the band will cap their North American venture with a show at New York City's Irving Plaza on the 5th. Full touring itinerary, tracklist and more below.

Tony Wright explains the lyrical concept behind the forthcoming album: "The King of Number 33 is a tale based loosely on a local eccentric from my childhood. This man used to sit behind the driver on the local rural bus all day, every day, for several years - never saying a word to anyone, never going anywhere- just backwards and forwards between the two towns until the route finished for the night and he would go home and wait for the morning journey. One day he disappeared and rumours abounded amongst the local youth as to what happened to him. It transpired that Social Services became involved after a complaint from a member of the public that he'd made her feel uneasy. He hadn't done anything, she was just ignorant. Anyway, he was subsequently refused travel on the bus and proceeded to have psychotic episodes culminating in his being sectioned under the mental health act. The King of Number 33 is my take on his story..."
You can already have a sneak preview of "King of Number 33" as one of the new tracks - "Me And My Downfall" - was recorded at soundcheck during the band's most recent tour with Touchstone
