Such lists are always subjective and open to debate. We question at least one of Time's choices but everyone has an opinion. Some artist we would include in such a list would be Iron Maiden, Motorhead, X, Deep Purple, Social Distortion, Suicidal Tendencies, The Damned.... just to name a few. We're sure that you would have your favorites as well. With that said here are the Top 10 Rock Hall Snubbies according Time Magazine.

Dr. Brian McKeon, assistant clinical professor of orthopedics at the Tufts School of Medicine, says that Tyler has suffered from continual orthopedic injuries that have caused him severe pain over the past decade.
Experts say that prior substance abuse is a risk factor for prescription drug addiction. Tyler has struggled with heavy drug and alcohol abuse during the band's heyday in the seventies and early eighties.

Update on the missing Metallica fan: Virginia State Police say Morgan Harrington was drinking alcohol on the night she disappeared and was not acting normally. The 20-year-old Virginia Tech student disappeared October 17 while attending a Metallica concert at John Paul Jones Arena at the University of Virginia. more

The tour, which starts in Sao Paulo, Brazil on April 17th and currently ends in Buenos Aires, Argentina on April 22, will include all club shows such as Via Funchal (Sao Paulo), Curitiba Master Hall (Curitiba), Centro de Eventos Casa do Gaucho (Porto Alegre), and El Teatro Flores (Buenos Aires).
"The band and I are really looking forward to our tour of South America", says Mike Ness, "From the overwhelming amount of emails we receive from our fans in South America, it's crazy to think that it's taken this long for us to come down and tour. We couldn't be more thrilled to announce that we're finally making it happen and we look forward to meeting our loyal fans in Brazil and Argentina for the first time. We hope to come home with a few new fans as well!"

Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant has explained further why he declined to take part in a reunion of Zeppelin with Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham. Speaking to Absolute Radio's Ben Jones, Plant said:"The reason that it stopped was because we were incomplete, and we've been incomplete now for 28 years. Classic Rock Magazine is reporting that despite the imminent release of the Ronnie James Dio helmed Heaven & Hell's debut studio album 'The Devil You Know' on April 27th, Bill Ward has been speaking out about the possibility of another reunion from the original Black Sabbath . In a recent interview, the iconic drummer insisted that the door is very much "wide open" for a full-blown, original line up, Sabbath reunion tour. "I have an open mind when it comes to Sabbath" says Ward, adding: "We just haven't done anything for the last three years. But the door's wide open as far as Black Sabbath is concerned." more

Some have wondered what it would take to get the members of Rage Against The Machine to perform together again. The answer: Simon Cowell . Or at least the Facebook based fan campaign to have a classic RATM song keep the X-Factor winner from the top of the UK charts. Antiquiet reports: The full band (including the elusive Zack De La Rocha) made an appearance on BBC Radio 5 Thursday morning to discuss the campaign, and perform the song� At least until the radio hosts made it back from their smoke breaks just in time to cut the live feed after the fourth "F**k you, I won't do what you tell me!" more including audio here
