Bullet For My Valentine Week: Scream Aim Fire
antiMusic reports: When we heard that Bullet For My Valentine were releasing new CD, we knew that they'd be a good band to do a special week with. So we hit up their publicist and she delivered. As a result, each day this week members of the band will tell a little bit about some of the tracks off of their new CD "Scream Aim Fire." Here they are with today's song "Scream Aim Fire ".

Matt: The first track that was a solid contender for the new album was "Scream Aim Fire." We had already written a bunch of songs, but "Scream Aim Fire" became the benchmark for the album, so we scrapped everything we had written up until then. "Scream Aim Fire is a very important song, that's why we titled the album after it.

Moose: Basically it starts off with a blistering drum intro and... by me!

Matt: ...by Moose, and basically it just sums up what we're about.

Check out tracks from the CD, learn more about the band and grab tour dates (Europe and North America) and more - right here!

Vinnie Paul Has No Interest in Speaking With Anselmo
Metal Underground reports: UK's Metal Hammer magazine conducted an interview with drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott (HELLYEAH, PANTERA, DAMAGEPLAN) for its January 2008 issue, which celebrates the life of Vinnie's brother, late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott.

Metal Hammer: Much has been made of the interview Phil did with Metal Hammer in 2004, just prior to Dimebag's tragic death, to the extent that you actually requested a tape of that interview to confirm its veracity, which we supplied. Since then, Phil has said a lot online and in the press about wanting to make amends. Has he ever tried to make contact with you?

Vinnie: No, man. I don't want to talk to him. I don't believe anything he says. He's the master of lies. He says that ---- because he wants the fans to believe what he has to say and follow what he does. And they're like sheep and they will. I don't want to elaborate on it any further apart from to say: listen to the Metal Hammer interview and you'll know exactly how he felt about my brother. He can say anything he wants, now on the backside.
